I know such mplayer project does it, but seems Christian Marillat who
packaged mplayer, renamed debian/ to debian-build/ and then put his own
in debian/.

I think if you couldn't remove them from SVN of libchewing, you may renam=
e
the folder and put you own one for Debian.
