[Pkg-ime-devel] Please include libchewing & scim-chewing in sarge.

Hi,

It looked OK for me but I never got around to be absolutely sure due to
my lack of knowlege.

(I am moving back to Japan in May and I am very busy now.)

So can someone else sponsor him?
