Hi Osamu,

Currently ucimf simply use a fbterm startup parameter, like this:
fbterm -i fbterm_ucimf

I think we need to dig into fbterm's design on how does it handle the
input method it uses. Here are some basic information you might be
interested in:

[fbterm-ucimf]
deps: libucimf, ucimf-openvanilla, openvanilla-modules
project: http://code.google.com/p/ucimf
language: c/c++
command: fbterm -i fbterm_ucimf
style: on the spot, with customized style window
input method engine: openvanilla modules, mainly *.cin tables currently.
setup: console based, no X needed.

[fbterm-ibus]
deps: ibus
project: http://code.google.com/p/ibus-fbterm/
language: c/c++
command: fbterm -i fbterm-ibus
style: on the spot, fbterm built-in style window
input method engine: provided by ibus
setup: ibus should be X-independent

PS: I am working on making changes of ucimf related packages, which
may change some of binaries' names, but the source names won't be
changed.

Regards,
Aron Xu
