I will remove it. I thought it is better to have the copyright notices
in every file (otherwise licensecheck -r * outputs unknown license),
especially when upstream has included it already and will be part of
next release. Would ftpmasters have any objections to missing
copyright notices?

I'm new to launchpad and the ideas are pretty different, do we have a
document with steps needed to upload code to pkg-ime project? Can you
create a branch for ibus-rawcode?
