After a bit of thinking, I realized that this program update will not
update running ibus-deamon.  This may be the root cause.

I wants you to do the following.

 * Check process #
     $ ps aux|grep ibus-deamon

 * logout of X and relogin to X
     Does this fix problem?

 * Check process #

If still problem, reboot and try.
