Hi team,

I've recently ITP'ed libfep package which can be used by IM front-end
programs running on text terminals (e.g. xterm):

Could anyone review the package and if ok sponsor it?

P.S.
As promised in the ITP bug, there is also a package called ibus-fep (not
ITP'ed yet), that works as an IBus client running on text terminals,
without X or frame buffer:

though the usage is a bit tricky (see /usr/share/doc/ibus-fep/README.gz).
