[Pkg-ime-devel] Bug#655056: ibus-doc: Make symlink /usr/share/doc/ibus-doc/html -> /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/ibus

Just as the title ... so we do not miss documentation ...

If it is possible move files with optionaly making symlink the other
way.  This way, if people install /usr/share/doc less system, it saves
space :-)
