[Pkg-ime-devel] Welcome, Yao

Hi list,

Aron Xu asked me to put HIME to pkg-ime when we were talking about
HIME packaging in #debian-mentors, #ubuntu-cn and #debian-zh.
And, I would like to create a repository in pkg-ime, but I can't do
so. Could any admin help me on this?
