[Pkg-ime-devel] [pkg-ime-devel][gcin] taking over gcin maintenance to two new maintainers

Show us your technique on Debian packaging, as being in pkg-ime team,
you can push code to any packages in pkg-ime, such as ibus and fcitx etc.
