[Pkg-ime-devel] [pkg-ime-devel][gcin] taking over gcin maintenance to two new maintainers

Hello Yun-Qiang,

Nice to meet you. :)

I am a member of WoFOSS (Women in Free and Open Source Software in Taiwan).

We have a mini camp activity in this July and invite the Debian
developer, Andrew Lee, to teach us how to pack a package in "Debian
Way". We go through Debian Developer Guide and try to pack lxterminal
terminal in lab time.

I learn how to package a "formal" Debian package from then.

However, I have not figured out how to show my packaging technique in
a good way.... Let me think and if any good suggestion, please discuss
with me.
