[Pkg-ime-devel] Bug#715568: Bug#715568: Gnome 3.8 packages have "disbale_ibus"

Hi,

--disable-ibus was added by me when GNOME 3.6, the time when the
integration isn't working. I'm not quite sure what will happen if we
enable it again in Debian right now, I will do some test and see
what's reasonable to do.
