Let's keep grave for 737090 to prevent testing migration.

Considering urgent situation of fixing this 737090 bug;

I propose 2 step approach:

Step 1, upload libpyzy with pyzy-database-1.0.0
Step 2, split libpyzy into libpyzy and pyzy-database
        let libpyzy depend on pyzy-database
     (For size, this is better)
