[Pkg-ime-devel] Bug#751018: RM: ibus-googlepinyin -- ROM; broken old package with dead upstream

ibus-googlepinyin still use python-ibus but this package is removed in
the recently uploaded ibus package.  Since similar ibus-pinyin was
updated to use python-gi, no one volunteered, and dead upstream; I
request removal of this package.
