I think so.  See https://wiki.debian.org/Alioth/Git

Please note that anonscm.debian.org is a readonly copy.  You need to use
ssh to git.debian.org via SSH.  Several others has created as below:

$ ssh alioth.debian.org
Linux moszumanska 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.68-1+deb7u1 x86_64
Alioth.debian.org is a service run by the Debian project but it is
