Dear Maintainer,

I have filed a bug in the past. I was running sid then, but it was finnicky. I
have known reinstalled my computer, from the debian-DVD-testing
image downloaded 2014 May 25. I then did a full-upgrade to sid. I have done
this many times before. I know how to dist-upgrade/full-upgrade.

I have installed gobject-introspection, ibus, ibus-m17n (I want to use Chinese
- m17n:zh:pinyin). In that order.

I have hard rebooted several times and re-installed and removed packages many
times over. I cannot get the ibus to work.

I have tried ibus-setup, but I cannot type in Chinese. If I did, it was
erratic; I was unable to turn off ibus, and nothing showed up in the
gnome-panel (no icon).

ibus is not consistent (or is mostly consistent at doing nothing). I am running
the latest gnome.
