Spotted here, upstream don't generate symbols by default, just need to 
invoke "make debug"

I've repackaged the upstream tarball for this (which is not the case 
for the previous version).
Please note that upstream remove the dor containing the rfc files in 
commit 7fea7c24c5.

I'll commit my changes on the svn repository in a few days to have 
feedback from you and David.
