der 8. DGIV-Bundeskongress findet am 20. und 21. Oktober 2011 in der Vertretung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen beim Bund in Berlin unter dem Thema <br />
<br />
<div align="center"> <strong>„Effizienzsteigerung durch integrative Versorgungsformen – eine Voraussetzung für die Bewältigung ständig wachsender Anforderungen an das deutsche Gesundheitswesen“</strong><br />

statt.<br />
<br />
Im Mittelpunkt des Kongresses steht der Regierungsentwurf des GKV-Versorgungsstrukturgesetzes. Derzeit werden einzelne Schwerpunkte des Gesetzentwurfes noch kontrovers diskutiert. Insbesondere beabsichtigte strukturelle Veränderungen an den Schnittstellen der Hauptsektoren der medizinischen Versorgung haben Vertreter der Selbstverwaltung und der Fachverbände auf den Plan gerufen. Mit besonderem Interesse werden aktuelle Stellungnahmen zum Gesetzentwurf auf dem Kongress erwartet. <br />
<br />
Die DGIV setzt sich seit längerem für die Umsetzung des Prinzips der Integrierten Versorgung im Gesundheitswesen ein. Dass sich das auf die gesamte medizinische Versorgung und Pflege beziehen muss, werden die Referate, Foren und Workshops des Kongresses, aber auch die Podiumsdiskussion zu versorgungspolitischen Fragen am 20.10.2011 zeigen. <br />
<br />
Namhafte Referenten und Diskussionspartner haben ihre Teilnahme am Kongress, der unter der Schirmherrschaft des Bundesministers für Gesundheit Daniel Bahr steht, zugesagt, unter anderem Ministerialdirektor Dr. Orlowski (BMG), Prof. Wille (SVR Gesundheitswesen), Dr. Kösters (DKG), Ulrich Weigeldt (Deutscher Hausärzteverband), Thomas Ballast (vdek), Jens Spahn MdB (CDU) und Ingo Kailuweit (KKH-Allianz). <br />
<br />
In guter Tradition stellt der Kongress neben vielen Fachvorträgen auch in diesem Jahr wieder erfolgreiche Projekte der selektivvertraglichen Versorgung in Deutschland vor. Gelungene wissenschaftliche Arbeiten auf dem Gebiet der Integrierten Versorgung werden mit dem „DGIV-Innovationspreis 2011“ ausgezeichnet. <br />
