[Pkg-italian-maintainers] Patch for Italian language support

Hi Mathias,

   I am sorry for boring you again.. We'd like to see festival Italian
   support working in Debian. 

   The festival-it package doesn't work unless Italian language
   selection is not included in festival pkg. The patch was sent to the
   BTS several months ago. 

   Could you please make a new upload to fix the problem?

   If you need help for this (or if you think that the proposed patch is
   wrong), please don't hesitate to ask us.
