Yes. But not perfect. gjdoc should support encoding and docencoding
option for this.

No, it's not included upstream. When I send my patch, he said he take
different approach from me. However it is not resolved yet.

CVS repositry seems not update over 10 months. I would like to apply
my patch temporary to support kaffe.
