Severity: normal

Hello,

Under /usr/share/doc, this package does not have any useful
documentation. Having never used the pacakge before, after installation
I didn't have an idea of what to do next. The only thing I really needed
was a clue that this installs the 'make-jpkg' command and a pointer to
its manpage.

To that extent a very simple README.Debian could be included, which
I've added below. Please consider including this in the next release.

Thanks,
Thijs Kinkhorst
