Eh, autogenerating debian/control is considered harmful, especially any
autogeneration that might cause changes without source package changes
to any of the fields in the .dsc, that is, to Binary:, to
Build-Depends*:, to Maintainer:, Version:, Architecture:, etc.

Do not use it, you'll get an RC bug. cdbs is especially buggy in this
regard.
