Bug#323071: libi18n-java: No source in the source package

Package: libi18n-java
Version: 0.1.2.0.1-1

The source package of libi18n-java is missing the source. This make
it impossible to patch and rebuild the library.

At the moment, the source package includes a debian/ directory and a
file dist/i18n.jar containing several java class files. Reading the
changelog, I see that this change was done with the upload of version
0.1.2.0.1-1:

  libi18n-java (0.1.2.0.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

    * Old upstream release! Last upstream breaks with argouml 0.14 so I did
      downgrade! If your are using libi18n-java 0.1, you don't need to
      update. This is just a work around package. Also, this package is not
      build from sources but it's just a transition (closes: #222955,
      #221408).
    * debian/control:
      - Uploaders: changed to my Debian email address.

I'm not sure if this is a serious bug for a contrib package, but if
the package was in main it would have been a obvious RC bug. Leaving
the severity at 'normal' for now.
