Bug#325630: libgnujaxp-java: FTBFS: Unsatisfiable Build-Depends

Because libgnujaxp-java Build-Depends on gcj-3.4 and libgcj4-dev, it
cannot be built on a current sid system.  If I instead install gcj-4.0
and libgcj6-dev, and edit debian/rules to set GCJ to gcj-4.0, then I
get the error message:
