Bug#341854: Eclipse involve several circular Depends

Hello Debian Java Maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between eclipse-pde and eclipse-pde-common:

eclipse-pde 	   :Depends: eclipse-pde-common (= 3.1.1-5)
eclipse-pde-common :Depends: eclipse-pde (= 3.1.1-5)

Eclispe involve some other other circular dependencies, see

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade and
testing migration, especialy overly complex ones, so we should try to
get rid of them.
