Bug#288619: Shouldn't 1.5 provide 1.4 and 1.4 provide 1.3?

I did notice one potential problem. A lot of packages hardcode checks
for the /usr/lib/j2sdk1.4-sun, and depend on j2sdk1.4. If 1.5 provides
1.4, but doesn't provide the same directory, then these packages will
break. I'd say the VM detection should be much better for these
packages, but I don't know how to do that right now. ;)
