Bug#318785: kaffe: Please depend on libgmp3c2 instead of libgmp

Please change libgmp3 to libgmp3c2 in debian/shlibs.local. Otherwise
kaffe binary packages will depend on libgmp3 which is no longer built
by the gmp source package.
