My intention was not for new packages. It is for existing packages
one atm works on. For example I am currently working on several
packages to move to main.

The main reason for this proposal was the upload of Michaels bcel
revision. One day before I also worked on moving this package to main.
So that was duplicate effort - although not a waste of time as I am
currently in the learning curve of packaging.
