Version: 4.1.31

using command:
 apt-get install tomcat4

causes:
 Package tomcat4 is not available, but is referred to
by another package.  This may mean that the package is
missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from
another source  E: Package tomcat4 has no installation
candidate

using list.sources of:
 debian.oergonstate.edu
 ftp.debian.org
 ftp.us.debian.org
