Yes, I had the eclipse 2.1-Packages installed. Seems as the Upgrade
doesn't got as smoothly as it should go (at least IMO). I had to run the
package installation three times to get everything installed. 

I think the first collision was with eclipse-source (unfortunatly, the
history in the terminal was erased, so I couldn't get any messages).
