Adopting libapache-mod-jk and libapache2-mod-jk2

Hello,

libapache-mod-jk is horribly outdated (latest version is 1.2.14.1),
and mod-jk2 had been deprecated and replaced by mod-jk. This has already
been reported (see the bugs filed against these packages).

Unless you have objections or if work has already been started to
resolve these issues, I intend to create a new source package,
jakarta-tomcat-connectors, which will provide at least two binary
packages: libapache-mod-jk and libapache2-mod-jk.
