Tomcat4 depends on libjessie-java, which provides an SSL
implementation, "aiming for compliance and compatibility with the JSSE
as it exists in Java 1.4".

If the Sun J2RE 1.4+ is already installed there is no need to install
libjessie. Therefore the dependencies should read :
libjessie-java | j2re1.4 | j2re1.5

I did patch tomcat4 to remove the com.sun.net... dependencies where
possible by the javax.net... classes. Also, tomcat4 calls some com.sun
classes with Class.forName(comSunCrap).newInstance(). In these cases, if
an exception is throws, I try to load the corresponding jessie classes.
Not all the free runtime/virtual machines ship crypto implementations
(org.metastatic...) so I added the dependency to be sure the class will
be there. If something if missing (classpath or something), or if you
think I shouldn't close the bug, don't hesitate to re-open it.

I'm not sure we'll be able to move tomcat4 to main. I'll try to build it
with kaffe when I'll have more spare time but I'd like to concentrate on
tomcat5.
