[Eclipse] Ubuntu Dapper package

mainly because i cannot figure out how to use launchpad to see bugs that are
not reported by me or assigned to me. oh and the "bug buddy" thing is just a
complete and total mess that does not allow you to see anything except the
most popular bug reports. Or perhaps because there just is not a nice,
convinient, easy way to figure out which project is using which of the
billions of bug reporting systems all of which requrie their own
login/password and none of which make it easy to figure out what has and has
not been reported.

take your pick. call me lazy. do whatever you like. i just thought i'd be
helpful was all. didn't mean to trouble you with my incompetence.
