libpgjava 7.4.7 source package: missing configure file

Hi Pablo,

I didn't check this specific package, but you should most probably try 
to change to the top directory (must contain a 'debian' directory) and 
from there run the command 'dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot', this will 
recreate a package (with the same version, but...), that you should then 
be able to install.

For more details, you could start with

http://www.us.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/.

The trick is that the packager has possibly foreseen patches (under 
debian/patches) for the package to be able to build under Debian. By 
rebuilding the package, you make sure that all steps and dependencies 
are correct.
