Bug#399595: tomcat5.5: doesn't run with free JVM and security manager

Tomcat doesn't run with java-gcj-compat-dev, or another free JVM, if
the security manager is enabled. Currently it crashes with a SIGABRT
at startup. (There is a note about this is
/etc/default/tomcat5.5. Note that disabling the security manager may
be dangerous on production systems.)
