Bug#394396: FTBFS: gcj-dbtool segfaults on arm

gcj-dbtool segfaults on arm (and hppa). (See #388505, GCC PR29206)

Until this is solved the hppa workaround needs to be extended to
include arm:

This patch is not yet tested, but is sufficiently trivial that it
should just work.
