Tomcat5.5 in Debian should work with JDK1.4.

The configurations are different and we needed tomcat5 for eclipse and
we were not sure tomcat5.5 works 'out-of-the-box' with eclipse.

When we'll be sure tomcat5.5 and eclipse works well, maybe we'll drop
tomcat5.

I didn't have much time to work on the package. Wolfgang helped me but
it's a preliminary package heritated from tomcat5 and I don't think you
can put the tomcat5.5 debian package on a production server! See the BTS
(http://bugs.debian.org/tomcat5.5)

... a free one (as in DFSG).

Cheers,
