I would like to give some status: things have improved a lot,
here the new graph:

The remaining packages involved is now antlr, gjdoc, kaffe,
kaffe-jthreads and kaffe-pthreads:

antlr   :Depends: kaffe | gij | sablevm | java-virtual-machine

kaffe   :Depends: kaffe-pthreads (= 2:1.1.7-4) | kaffe-jthreads (= 2:1.1.7-4)
