Bug#390148: libxalan2-java: serializer.jar is missing

Since version 2.7.0, xalan is splitted into xalan.jar and
serializer.jar. Please note that the main functionality of xalan
strictly depends on the later (unless one can provide its own
serializer, which is something I personally never seen).
