Bug#419448: libapache2-mod-jk: Error when no JkWorkersFile used

Since version 1:1.2.21-1 apache2 can't restart and the following
message appears in the error.log:
  [emerg] Error in reading worker properties

It seems to be a known bug but it should have been fixed:
  http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41770

Maybe the debian package should be upgraded to include this fix.
