  * Stop building the ecj-bootstrap and ecj-bootstrap-gcj packages.
  * Build a libecj-java-gcj package.
  * Build an ecj1 package on arm, BC-compile ecj1.
  * Update debian/copyright, eclipse is EPL, not CPL anymore.
