Hi all,

I'm working on packaging Solr, which depends on version 1.2 of libcommons-fileupload. It's not compatible with version 1.0 which is now in Debian. 1.0 is from 
2003; 1.2 was released in February 2007.

Please update libcommons-fileupload-java to version 1.2
