No, that license from Sun is not good enough. This was the conclusion when it 
was discussed on -legal IIRC, please scan the archives for details.

However there is now libbackport-util-concurrent-java that was packaged for 
exactly this purpose. It is quite good, and you should be able to modify 
JBoss sources to use those classes instead. I did exactly this for dom4j:

In fact I would like the oswego library to go away completely since there are 
more complete alternatives, and Java 1.5.0 contains this functionality 
anyway. Perhaps you can check if the classes aren't already in libgcj.
