Hello Michael,

Really, thank you for the info, I forgot about 'recommends' because I used `dpkg -i` to install this package but usually I use aptitude which handles 'recommends' section automatically.

Recommends section looks good:
Recommends: netbase, libx11-6 | xlibs, libasound2, libgtk1.2

But make-jpkg gives me also this warning message:
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: could not find any packages for libstdc++.so.5
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: unable to find dependency information for shared library libstdc++ (soname 5, path libstdc++.so.5, dependency field Depends)

So libstdc++5 is not included in dependencies but should be (without this library java don't start).
