Perhaps the file should be removed, or moved to a less conspicuous
location. Feel free to file a bug about this.

There is no default username/password, and it's documented in
/usr/share/doc/tomcat5.5/README.Debian.

BTW the admin webapp has been removed for lenny (it was removed upstream).
