Bug#483558: antlr: builds arch:any package in binary-indep (or libantlr2.7-cil should be arch:all)

Package: antlr
Version: 2.7.7-5
Severity: serious

Hello.

plibantlr2.7-cil is declared as arch:any, but it is built on the
binary-indep target. Either it should be built in binary-arch, or it
should be arch:all after all (my limited knowledge of Mono makes me
think that could indeed be the case, but please double-check).

Also, if it's indeed an arch:all package, please move the mono-related
build-dependencies to Build-Depends-Indep. (If it's arch:any, you'll
have to build the -cil only in the architectures where mono is
available.)

I'd appreciate if there could be a quick upload to fix these issues, as
I need antlr in order to migrate gcc-defaults to testing.

Thanks in advance,
