Bug#526290: libplexus-utils: removal of java-gcj-compat

Hello Matthias,

I'm currently updating this library and many others, it's a work in
progress in my PPA. The main goal is to add full support for Maven when
building Debian packages, this will require approval from the Debian
board, but I'm confident it will get through, I'm working with Torsten
Werner on this.

Check my PPA: https://launchpad.net/~ludovicc/+archive/ppa/
Code is in https://launchpad.net/uj
Can you also add me to the Ubuntu Java team, as you are the maintainer
for it?

Thanks,
Ludovic
