Thank you for taking your time to report this bug. I believe you are
suffering from #507536[1] in one of its many forms. There some who have
reported a workaround that you can try[2].

We are preparing an upload of eclipse soon; but I seriously doubt we
will be able to backport it to stable.

Once again, thank you for your report and I am sorry that I cannot offer
 you any better solution at the current time.
