Hi Maintainer,

REJECT: debian/copyright missing licenses, license conflict.

./modules/jdo/src/xdoclet/modules/jdo/resources/jdo_2_0.dtd is
licensed under the Apache 2.0 license.

this license isn't mentioned in debian/copyright, and presents a
problem in that the Apache 2.0 license is not compatible with the
GPLv2 which much of the software is licensed under.
