Bug#530720: jetty: do not depend on tomcat5.5

Package: jetty
Version: 5.1.14-1
Severity: important

Jetty should not depend on libtomcat5.5-java. Tomcat 5.5 is likely
going to be removed for squeeze.

That means that the dependency of libservlet2.4-java will need to be
bumped to 2.5.
