Bug#569936: ant ABI break from 1.6.5 => 1.7.1

While backporting ant 1.7.1 to Etch I found an ABI break in ant 1.7.1 
(from 1.6.5), which made ow-util-ant-tasks from Etch fail.

This is reported and fixed in upstream bug

For convenience I have attached the upstream patch.
